This project involved the complete shell buildout of a flex industrial office space in Plain City / Dublin for the Columbus headquarters of a national construction company. The buildout included the creation of modern, functional office spaces with glass partitions, a welcoming reception area, and a fully equipped break room. Additionally, the facility was outfitted with an independently controlled server room to meet the company’s specific technological needs. This project transformed an empty shell into a high-performance office and warehouse space designed to support both administrative and operational functions for the company’s growing business.
