This project involved the full redevelopment of an old warehouse in Columbus, OH, transforming it into a modern, creative office space designed to inspire productivity and collaboration. The buildout included a custom steel-framed mezzanine, a sleek glass-enclosed conference room, and exposed ceilings to maintain the industrial character of the original structure. The space was finished with polished concrete floors, creating a seamless blend of industrial design and modern office functionality. This redevelopment showcases the transformation of a raw warehouse into a dynamic and stylish office environment.

The space has since been turned over and is now the local headquarters of apparel company Homage.
