This project involved the complete renovation and buildout of three Central Ohio retail spaces for Palm Beach Tan at multiple locations in Columbus, Marysville, and Marion, OH. The buildouts transformed the retail spaces into modern, high-end tanning salons, including all necessary framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEPs), as well as the installation of luxurious tile, custom millwork, and premium finishes throughout. The result is a series of sleek, upscale tanning salons designed to provide clients with a top-tier experience in an inviting and stylish environment.
