This project involved the complete renovation of an existing industrial space in Gahanna, OH, transforming it into a versatile facility featuring multiple film studios, creative office suites, a storage facility, and a rental office for film equipment. The design/build project optimized the use of space to support the diverse needs of the Central Ohio film and media industry, from production to post-production. The creative office areas were designed to foster collaboration, while the studios and equipment rental facilities provide industry-standard functionality. This transformation highlights the adaptability of industrial spaces to serve as dynamic, multipurpose environments for creative professionals.
