This project involved a major renovation and buildout of an existing class C film studio and flex industrial office space in Jeffersontown, KY, transforming it into a state-of-the-art film production facility. The renovation included the creation of three modern film studio spaces, a gear rental warehouse, and fully equipped client lounges, kitchenettes, and a green room. The facility now offers everything necessary for professional film production, blending modern amenities with functional design. This project highlights a full transformation from an outdated space into a versatile, high-performance hub for film production.
