This project involved the expansion and renovation of an existing modern office space for Lithko by converting part of the warehouse into additional office areas. The renovation included the creation of private offices, open breakout spaces, and a new conference room to enhance functionality and collaboration within the company. The project also featured the renovation of two breakrooms, offering employees modern, comfortable spaces to recharge. This transformation optimized the use of the flex industrial office, creating a seamless integration between the office and warehouse space while accommodating the company’s growing needs.
