This project involved the transformation of a raw warehouse space in Plain City / Dublin into one of Central Ohio’s most cutting-edge basketball training facilities. The shell buildout included the development of a full-sized gym area designed for high-performance basketball training, as well as the addition of essential infrastructure such as reception, offices, and bathrooms. The facility was designed with a focus on creating a professional environment that meets the needs of athletes, coaches, and staff, delivering a modern, well-equipped space for both training and administrative functions. This project optimized the use of flex industrial space to create a premier destination for basketball training.
