This project involved the full gut renovation of an existing retail space in Marysville, Ohio, transforming it into a warm and cozy brewery taproom for the Central Ohio Brewer. The renovation included extensive structural repairs, while retaining key architectural features like the natural wood floors and interior brick walls, preserving the building’s character. The addition of two outdoor patios extends the brewery’s footprint, offering patrons both indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The final result is a comfortable, welcoming taproom that blends rustic charm with thoughtful design, providing the perfect setting for craft beer lovers.
