This project involved the complete shell buildout of a new industrial space in Plain City / Dublin to create a fully equipped indoor roller hockey facility. The buildout included the construction of specialized spaces, such as offices, concession areas, and prep rooms, designed to support both the operational and recreational needs of the Central Ohio facility. The space was transformed from an empty shell into a modern, dynamic athletic facility that caters to both athletes and spectators. With state-of-the-art design and functional layout, the facility provides a premier environment for roller hockey in the region.
