This project involved two custom restaurant buildouts for Fox’s Bagel & Deli (formerly Block’s Bagels)—one located in an upscale shopping center in Bexley, and the other in the bustling North Market in downtown Columbus. Each space was meticulously designed to reflect the unique charm of the Block’s Bagels brand while catering to the distinct customer bases of each location. The Bexley buildout focused on creating an inviting, upscale dining experience, while the North Market space was optimized for fast-paced service and interaction in an open-market setting. Both projects successfully delivered vibrant, functional spaces that combine aesthetics and operational efficiency.
