Gary has been at the helm of Spectrum Builders since its inception in 1977, shaping it into one of Columbus’s most respected commercial construction firms. With over 40 years of hands-on experience across every facet of the industry, Gary is both a master estimator and an expert project manager. He plays an active role in every project, overseeing operations from initial concept to final turnover, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance designs and streamline construction processes for maximum efficiency and value.
Under Gary’s leadership, Spectrum Builders has become synonymous with integrity, quality, and innovation in commercial construction. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Gary is deeply committed to giving back to the community. He serves as an active leader in organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America and Relay for Life, exemplifying his dedication to building not only great projects but also stronger communities.

Ross Beckmann
Operations
Bio
Ross has been an integral part of Spectrum Builders since 2013, overseeing all projects and managing field operations with precision and care. With 15+ years of experience as a construction project manager and field superintendent, Ross brings a unique combination of technical expertise and leadership to every job site. He works closely with clients, partners, and staff ensuring on-the-ground relationships are strong and projects are executed to the highest standards.
Before joining Spectrum Builders, Ross led a successful corporate career managing distribution, logistics, and operations for leading industrial manufacturers PPG and ADS. His background in complex operations, paired with a BA in Operations Management from the Fischer School of Business at Ohio State, provides him with a distinct edge in streamlining processes and delivering exceptional results.
Ross’s commitment to excellence, both in the field and in fostering client partnerships, plays a key role in Spectrum Builders’ ability to consistently deliver efficient, high-quality projects that exceed expectations.

Chase Beckmann
Back Office
Bio
Chase joined Spectrum Builders in 2021, bringing a wealth of expertise from 15 years in the financial sector. At Spectrum, he oversees all back-office operations, including financial management, marketing, and contract administration, ensuring the company runs smoothly behind the scenes.
With a diverse professional background spanning commercial real estate investment sales, supply chain management, and wealth management, Chase has a proven track record of managing complex projects and cultivating client relationships. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner School of Business.
