This project involved a complete shell buildout for a new laundromat in Whitehall, OH, transforming the space into a fully functional, modern facility. The buildout, the first in Central Ohio for the Iowa based brand, included the installation of isolation slabs for heavy-duty laundry machines, a new sanitary service, and a trough drainage system designed to handle large volumes of water efficiently. The facility also features an extensive exhaust system, durable tile flooring, and high-end finishes throughout, providing customers with a clean, sleek, and inviting environment. This project highlights a careful balance between utility and aesthetic, delivering a laundromat that is both functional and visually appealing.
