This project involved the complete buildout of a raw industrial shell into a multifunctional space for Nutt Heads, a Columbus-based board game manufacturer and distributor. The buildout transformed the space into a modern office, sound studio, and warehouse, designed to meet the specific operational needs of the company. The facility now supports product design, sound production, and distribution logistics, with each area optimized for efficiency and functionality. The project successfully converted an industrial shell into a dynamic hub for creativity, production, and distribution, combining practical elements with tailored design solutions.
